We worked with the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) to digitize their Feedback and Complaint Response Mechanism (FCRM) in Turkey. The new system simplifies capturing, tracking, and resolving feedback, using digital forms, role-based access, and integrated reporting to improve case handling and decision-making.

Lutheran World Federation

Developing an enterprise data warehouse and analytics capabilities

We partnered with LWF World Service in a multi-year project to develop a centralized enterprise data warehouse, streamlining data collection and analytics for better decision-making. By integrating tools like Apache Airflow, Apache Superset, and SurveyCTO, we created a unified dashboard and real-time data processing system, enabling actionable insights across all country offices.

Danish Demining Group

Building a GIS for Humanitarian Mine Action

We collaborated with the Danish Demining Group (DDG) in Yemen to build a GIS and database system for managing mine action activities. The solution included digitized field collection forms, real-time data integration with Kobo Toolbox, and an interactive mapping tool for interactive visualization. With staff training and long-term support, the system enhanced DDGs operational efficiency and alignment with national mine action standards.

We conducted an independent evaluation of Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) Shared IT Services (SITS) to assess its performance, value for money, and alignment with organizational goals. By analyzing services like security, license management, and cloud hosting against market alternatives, we provided actionable recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The evaluation empowered MSF to refine its IT operations and improve service delivery for its global network.

Habitat for Humanity International

Habitat for Humanity International

Gathering requirements for a Management Information System

We assisted Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) in developing a Management Information System (MIS) to optimize their monitoring and evaluation processes in the EMEA region. Our approach involved two phases: first, evaluating HFHIs existing systems to identify gaps and best practices, and second, researching and selecting a web-based MIS solution through vendor mapping and feature comparison. This collaboration provided HFHI with a comprehensive requirements report and vendor insights to support the development of a scalable, cost-effective, and user-friendly system.

    Conducted product discovery for an enterprise event management platform by analyzing user workflows and system integrations across the organization. Through user research and journey mapping, documented key touch points and data flows between systems to establish requirements for future implementation.
